To keep our costs down we do not offer open accounts.

FLORIDA CUSTOMERS
We are required by law to collect 7% Florida State sales tax. Customers with a current signed tax exempt certificate will not be charged sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders Monday though Friday. Generally our order processing time is 72 hours. If you’re in a rush contact us

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery, Fed-Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Rates between these companies is about the same but often times we’ll use the post office to get you order to you faster. International orders usually ship USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs, taxes, broker, and any other import fees required at point of entry. Refused shipments are deemed abandoned and seized by the carrier and are non-refundable.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are determined by actual or dimensional weight plus: Handling fees: $5 / order. We hand count over 1 Million connectors a year. Insurance: Over $100 is free

BACKORDERS
In the event an item is backordered you will be notified via email with a solution. Generally backorders at Wholesale Audio Accessories exist only for short periods of time.

REFUNDS
Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide that the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, postage paid, within 14 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer. Return items in new, SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full merchandise credit or refund.
